Dispatch is made from our third party warehouse in Hall in Tirol.
FREE DELIVERY WITHIN EUROPE FOR ALL PURCHASES OVER €100.
Purchases over €100 freight free, orders under €100 are €9.
Order processing and dispatch the next working day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Freight target delivery is 2-3 days within Europe main centers; this does not include weekends or public holidays.
We don't deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address, and as a signature is required please make sure it is an address where you will be available to sign during business hours.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at help@mail.eu.monsroyale.com. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund once we have received confirmation from our carriers that delivery was not successful.
We reserve the right to refuse orders or negotiate delivery fees.
