Buy a size bigger unless you want pressure around your waist. I bought M my usual size but would have been better in a L. However they are very good leggings anyhow.

Super comfortable. Great in the cold but not sweaty when it warms up. Loving the 3/4 legs which save the shins a bunch of hurt by the end of a day in ski boots.
