eu.monsroyale.com and ch.monsroyale.com are operated by Mons Royale a New Zealand registered business

Billing is completed in EURO and CHf, the biller on your statement will be Mons Royale.

Dispatch is made from our third party warehouse in the Netherlands.


FREE DELIVERY WITHIN EUROPE FOR ALL PURCHASES OVER €100.
Purchases over €100 freight free, orders under €100 are €9.

Order processing and dispatch the next working day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Freight target delivery is 2-3 days within Europe main centers; this does not include weekends or public holidays. Deliver will take longer if you're in a remote place or rural area.  

We don't deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address, and as a signature is required please make sure it is an address where you will be available to sign during business hours.

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at hello@monsroyale.com. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund once we have received confirmation from our carriers that delivery was not successful.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders or negotiate delivery fees.

Customers outside of the European Union (EU) will be responsible for any charges associated with international borders as Mons Royale will not be collecting duty on behalf of the customer.
